Annette spoke at this years Australian Yoga Therapy Conference and Yoga4 got a chance interview to find out more about Yoga Therapy, the differences from general yoga classes and who benefits.

Annette Loudon is one of Australia’s most highly qualified Yoga therapists and Yoga therapy trainers. She is one of Australia’s leading experts in yoga and breast cancer and has conducted world first, ground breaking research into the effects of Yoga on women with Breast Cancer related Lymphoedema.

She is the President of the Australasian Association of Yoga Therapists. Annette has specialised in teaching people with various types of special needs, including people with MS, people in wheelchairs, the profoundly deaf, intellectually disabled youth, people on probation, disabled athletes, the NSW cerebral palsy soccer team, people with back pain, auto-immune disease and allergies, cancer and anxiety and depression. She also conducts an AAYT registered training course on ‘Yoga and Breast Cancer’ and ‘Yoga for lymphoedema’ and has run workshops on ‘Yoga for the lymphatic system’.
